Refund Policy

At AI Rocket, we are committed to delivering exceptional value through our AI education programs. As our products are primarily digital and immediately accessible upon purchase, we maintain a transparent and limited refund policy.

1. General Policy

All purchases made on AI Rocket are non-refundable unless stated otherwise in a specific course or product offer.

We do not offer refunds for:

  • Change of mind

  • Lack of usage or perceived lack of results

  • Failure to complete the course or training

2. Valid Refund Scenarios

Refunds will only be considered under the following conditions:

a. Duplicate Payment

If you are charged twice for the same course or transaction, write to us within 7 days of the transaction.

b. Technical Failure

If you are unable to access a paid product due to a technical error on our side (not due to your device, browser, or internet), and we are unable to resolve it within 5 business days, a refund may be issued.

​

c. Course Canceled by AI Rocket

If a course, webinar, or live training is canceled by us and not rescheduled within 30 days, a full refund will be processed automatically.

3. How to Request a Refund

You must submit a written request to:

Subject: "Refund Request – [Course Name]"

Include:

  • Your full name

  • Date of purchase

  • Payment ID / transaction details

  • Reason for refund

All requests will be reviewed within 5–7 business days.

4. Decision & Processing

Approved refunds:

  • Will be processed back to the original payment method

  • May take 7–10 working days, depending on your bank or payment processor

Denied refunds:

  • Will be communicated with reason

  • Are considered final​

5. Chargeback Abuse

Initiating a chargeback through your bank or credit card without contacting us first will result in:

  • Immediate account suspension

  • Blocking from future access to any AI Rocket content

  • Legal action, if necessary

We encourage you to resolve issues directly with us. We’re here to help.

6. Policy Changes

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
